I rely on you to ensure that the parties have sufficient funds with them or alternatively that the parties have monies deposited in your trust account prior to the mediation should the parties fail to pay my fee directly the day of mediation. 

The scheduling fee is a non-refundable fee and will be applied to the total mediation cost if the parties appear on the date scheduled. If, however, the parties do not appear, the scheduling fee is forfeited. As a courtesy, you may reschedule the mediation one time. 

If the case is rescheduled within thirty (30) days, the scheduling fee will be applied to the new mediation fee for the rescheduled mediation. If, however, the mediation is not rescheduled within thirty (30) days, the scheduling fee is forfeited. If the mediation is rescheduled more than one time the scheduling fee is forfeited.
